I think I need to scream more. There are some benefits to fitting in a good daily scream. I can’t think of any of them at the present time, but I’m sure there has to be at least two. Oh, yeah! Stress relief is one. Granted, you may have to scream in an unpopulated area…screams tend to stress out individuals who may not be expecting one.
